AI-Native

The wholesale carrier that
builds AI-native operators.

Most carriers bolt AI onto a network designed for a world without it. Ours runs on it. Route decisions, fraud scores and quality baselines are produced by systems that learn from live traffic, verified by engineers who read CDRs the way native speakers read their own language. That is what AI-native means here: not a chatbot on a website, an operating layer under everything we sell.

The operating model

Intelligence in the decision path,
not on a dashboard.

The difference between a carrier that uses AI and an AI-native carrier is where the intelligence sits. In an AI-adapted carrier, models feed dashboards that someone watches. In ours, models feed decisions: routing steered on predicted quality per corridor, fraud scored flow by flow against behavioural baselines, anomalies escalated to an engineer inside a 15 minute window.

Routing that learns

Least-cost is table stakes. The next layer is prediction: answer rate, duration and quality per route, learned from the traffic itself and re-scored as the network changes. When a route degrades, traffic moves before your margin notices. See how we route.

Fraud detection on live CDRs

Our observatories watch OTT bypass, CLI refiling and A2P grey routes corridor by corridor, with per-corridor baselines and quarterly recalibration. Machine flagging proposes, experienced engineers confirm. False positives get measured, not ignored.

Quality supervised, not sampled

ASR, ACD and PDD per destination, watched continuously with alerting on drift. Sampling tells you what went wrong last month. Supervision keeps it from going wrong tonight. Live in our observatories.

The advantage

Built on real traffic,
proven by real feedback.

Everything we calibrate runs on production wholesale traffic: billions of minutes a year across 500+ destinations. Wholesale is an honest teacher. A routing decision proves itself within the hour. A fraud hypothesis confirms or dissolves in days of CDRs. That feedback loop, running for years, is what an AI-native carrier is actually made of. Models are replaceable. The loop is the moat.

Where this is going

The next generation
does not have a name yet.

The wholesale layer is step one. The same operating model extends across the operator stack: voice services, subscriber intelligence, assurance, and the way operators are built in the first place. We are working on it now. If you want to hear about it before it has a name, talk to us. Early partners get a seat at the table, not a press release.
